Direct Express Coatings UPVC Paint is A Vinyl Acrylic Paint with exceptional flexibility and adhesion.
It has been developed For direct application to plastic substrates , architectural cladding & most other plastic surfaces flexible & static.
Manufactured in the UK, Direct Express Coatings UPVC is a special, spray applied coating designed to paint PVCu, (uPVC), PVC and most other hard & flexible plastic surfaces .
Unlike most paints for plastics which try to stick to the substrate, Direct Express Coatings forms a molecular cross bond with the plastic surface , And offers a UV resistant finish which is perfect for Conservatories, Doors & Windows .
We can colour match and mix any colour that you need. We can also make your favourite colour especially for you!
Our Satin finish can be matched to any Ral number, British Standard Number as well as matching the following colours: Deluxe, Farrow and Ball, Fired Earth, Crown, Valspar & Little Green. If you want it, we can make it for you!

Application
Direct Express Coatings UPVC Paint , should be applied in multiple thin layers , building up to a final thicker finish , A minimum 10 minutes between coats is recommended (dependant on conditions) in order to achieve a quality finish .
The thin nature of Direct Express Coatings UPVC Paint is what achieves its flexibility & outstanding adhesion. In order to avoid runs or drips we recommend practising on a test surface prior to application to your project , this will help you get a feel for the paint & for the unique fan spray aerosol .
Coverage
Each 400ml Can will cover around 1-2 square metres or roughly half of your average size UPVC door with a good finish , please note this is not exact as door sizes and make up of doors are different , i.e multiple panel , ridges, glass, darker colours coating with lighter colours etc .
Cleaning
Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using suitable cleaners in order to remove all traces of contaminants.
Health & Safety
Suitable respiratory equipment should be worn when spraying .
